Meet Our In-house Departments.

Construction, Real Estate, & Consultation

Chris Thompson has 17 years in the construction industry. He has been licensed in the State of Florida for 13 years as a General Contractor (residential) . All of his experience is in the Sarasota & Charlotte county area, giving him first hand knowledge of the area and the needs of its residents. He has worked with some of the leading builders in the area as a supervisor and technical consultant. Chris also holds a Florida real estate license and can assist you in locating your ideal property.

Floor Plan & Design

Tim Bronson, an associate who works with Advanced Homes heading up this department, has 18 years of construction experience in the Sarasota & Charlotte County area. He is our Chief Designer and will work with each customer to custom design their home. Tim’s extensive engineering & CAD design knowledge will take your custom building project to the next level. In addition, Tim will supervise construction to maintain the highest level of quality control and design conformity.

Interior Design

Marie Bronson, an associate who works with Advanced Homes heading up this department, is our Interior Design Coordinator. Marie’s exceptional design work is showcased in our model home “The Catana.” Interior design is a key component to creating the personal touch of each home. Marie looks forward to working with each of our customers to make their custom home building project complete.
